Maison Pashme is an exporter and wholesale supplier of authentic Kashmiri handicrafts and products, including Pashmina shawls, silk carpets, papier-mâché, walnut wood handicrafts, saffron, and honey, serving retailers, importers, distributors, and wholesale buyers worldwide. For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, Maison Pashme acts as the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.

Your name, business or company name, email address, phone number, country/region, billing and shipping details, the contents of your messages, and your product or sourcing interests — for example, when you submit a quote request, download our catalog, contact us, or correspond with us by email.
  • Business and transaction information. Company details, order history, and related records used to provide quotes, fulfil orders, and arrange international shipping.
  • Automatically collected information. Your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system details, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 7).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and our Site is not directed to children (see Section 11).
