All material published on or distributed by Maison Pashme is owned by or licensed to Maison Pashme, including but not limited to:
- Product photography and all other images, graphics, and illustrations;
- Website text, product descriptions, copy, articles, and catalogs;
- Page layouts, designs, look and feel, and visual presentation;
- Logos, brand elements, and the “Maison Pashme” name and marks; and
- Videos, downloadable files, and any other creative works displayed on the Site.
Our product images are original works created at our expense to represent our authentic Kashmiri handicrafts, and they are not free to use, share, or reproduce.
02 / Prohibited Use
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Maison Pashme, you may not, in whole or in part:
- Copy, download, save, screenshot, reproduce, or republish our images or content;
- Use our images, descriptions, or content on any website, online marketplace, social-media account, advertisement, catalog, or printed material;
- Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or display our content to or for any third party;
- Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract our images or content;
- Use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or AI system;
- Modify, crop, edit, or create derivative works from our images or content; or
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, watermark, trademark, or proprietary notice.

If you would like to use any of our images or content — for example, an authorized retailer or distributor displaying our products — you must obtain written permission in advance. Send requests to support@maisonpashme.com describing the specific content and intended use. Any permission we grant is limited to the specific use stated, is revocable, and does not transfer ownership.
05 / Enforcement of Our Rights
Maison Pashme actively monitors for the unauthorized use of its images and content. Any unauthorized use is a violation of our intellectual-property rights and may constitute copyright and/or trademark infringement.
We reserve all rights and remedies available to us under applicable law. Where infringement is identified, we may pursue, without limitation:
- Issuing cease-and-desist notices and takedown requests to the infringing party and their hosting provider, platform, or marketplace;
- Sending notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent procedures in other jurisdictions;
- Seeking injunctive relief to stop the infringing activity; and
- Pursuing legal action for damages, statutory damages, account of profits, and recovery of legal costs to the extent permitted by law.
